Booking Policies & Payment Terms:

To confirm your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required and final payment is due one week before the event. Bookings made within one week require full payment plus a $150 rush fee. Travel fees apply for events over 20 miles from Kent, WA, including ferry or tolls for two vehicles. Cancellations with 30+ days' notice receive a 50% deposit refund; under 30 days, the deposit is forfeited. Discounts are available when booking both services.
